Hire Policy

To secure the date of your event, a 30% security bond of the total amount is required at the time of booking.

The full payment for all hire products must be paid at least 14 days prior to the event.

Following the event, if the floral arrangements are returned in good condition, the bond will be fully refunded. However, in the event of damage (such as rips, breaks, burns, etc.), the cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from the bond, and the remaining amount will be refunded. Minor dirt and dust will not be considered as damage.

Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation for the event is requested more than 6 weeks prior to the event date, the 30% security bond will be fully refundable.
For cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event, the bond will be retained and is strictly non-refundable.

FAQ's

How do I take care of preserved & artificial florals? 
To ensure longevity and ‘freshness’, keep blooms away from direct sunlight, avoid spraying with water or perfume. Keep preserved florals away from humidity.

How do I clean my florals?
Your blooms can be cleaned/ dusted by using the lowest and coolest setting of a blow dryer, or a feather duster.
Artificial florals can be wiped with a dry or damp cloth.
Avoid rearranging preserved florals as they are delicate.
